If the display shows IS NOT TO BE SCHEDULED, the job is not locked. However, scheduling of the job has been suspended with a NXTCYC,SET=OFF command.
If the display shows IS TO BE SKIPPED ON NEXT SCHEDULED CYCLE, the job is not locked. However, scheduling of the job has been suspended with a DEMAND,SET=SKP or NXTCYC,SET=SKP command.
