The command text is sent to MVS exactly as it appears on the MSG keyword. CA WA CA 7 Edition does not verify that the text is a valid MVS command.
The MSG keyword provides no output specific to the command. CA WA CA 7 Edition does not report the status of the command in MVS. In most cases, command output only appears on the MVS console.
