Reason:
The first record in files REPORT1 and REPORT2 contains control data that does not match. The program terminates.
Action:
Verify that files REPORT1 and REPORT2 were created with the same report type in the SASSHIS8 report 25 control card. If the reports contain JES data, verify that the data is for the same JES type (JES2/JES3).
