Reason:
A job name was not entered. It is required by the SASSXTRK program. A return code of 13 is produced with this error message.
Action:
Enter a job name. It can be 1-8 characters in length. An asterisk (*) can be used to provide a generic job specification. An asterisk (*) cannot be used as the first character.
