Reason:
Attempts to cancel a job running at a CA Workload Automation SE system agent failed. CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) was either never started (XPDEF file initialization statement AGENTJOB parameter set to NO) or a /IAS,FUNC=STOPCOM command was issued.
Action:
Contact your site system administrator to determine whether your site permits the definition and submission of agent jobs, or if your site has temporarily stopped communications with agents.
