Reason:
An attempt to send a cancel request for an XPJOB with jobname/jobno named failed. A problem exists with the data translation from EBCDIC to ASCII. The job is canceled from the CA Workload Automation SE queues. The job may not be canceled ("killed") at the platform where the CA Workload Automation SE-submitted job is executing.
Action:
Sign in to that platform to kill the process if it is not to continue executing.
