Reason:
An attempt was made to issue a function (zzzzzzzz) against an agent job (with a job name of xxxxxxxx and job number of yyyyy) from the CA-7 Queue Maintenance - CPU Jobs Status (QM20) panel. The agent did not return an Status or LStatus response to the request.
Action:
For assistance, contact CA Support at ca.com/support. Be prepared to supply the job you were running, the agent you were using, and the function you were requesting.
