Reason:
An attempt was made to issue a function (zzzzzzzz) against an agent job (with a job name of xxxxxxxx and job number of yyyyy) from the CA-7 Queue Maintenance - CPU Jobs Status (QM20) panel. The CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) interface is not available.
Action:
Check to ensure that the XPDEF file initialization AGENTJOB keyword is set to YES. Also ensure that CA IAS has not been shut down.
