Reason:
All jobs that fit into the resources specified at the appropriate time would have been submitted and the last RES statement is currently in effect. Each job that was not ready to be submitted when sufficient resources were available generates this message. This is not an error condition.
Action:
No action is necessary for WLP. Jobs could be rescheduled, however, to allow resources to be available, or a different RES statement definition could be in effect at the appropriate time.
