Reason:
No PARM value was specified on the EXEC statement of the JCL and no WLPCC DD was included in the JCL.
Action:
Make sure that PARM information is supplied in the JCL on the EXEC statement, or that a WLPCC DD points to an 80-character, card-image control statement.
