Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE execution JCL has no DD statement to allow access to the volume identified.
Action:
Before your request can be processed, a DD statement for the requested volume must be added to the execution JCL and CA Workload Automation SE must be reinitialized, or the ALLOC command must be entered to dynamically allocate the volume.
