Reason:
During the initialization of the CA Workload Automation SE TIQ interface, a failure occurred while attaching module UCC1OCTL.
Action:
Determine the reason for the failure by checking module UCC1OCTL in the CA 1 load library, and then try again. It may be necessary to assemble and link UCC1OCTL to correct the error.
