Reason:
xxxxxxxx indicates the job in the ready queue is to be submitted. nnnn is the job number. yyyyyyyy is the name of a mutually exclusive job that has already been submitted. Job xxxxxxxx is moved back to the request queue, and the master count is increased by one. Job xxxxxxxx is submitted when job yyyyyyyy successfully completes.
