Reason:
The job named in the message was not submitted to the destination internal reader because the DPROC library on the JCL entry did not match.
Action:
Ensure the correct DPROC data set name is associated with the JCL library where the JCL library is defined (in either the initialization file or in the VRM JCL definitions).
