Reason:
The internal table required to control job submission was not built because CPU statements in the product's initialization file were omitted.
Action:
If CA Workload Automation SE was initialized for batch-only type processing and no jobs are to be submitted, this message may be ignored. If automatic job submission is required, then the appropriate CPU statements must be added to the initialization file and CA Workload Automation SE must be shut down and reinitialized with an ERST start.
