Reason:
The job jjjjjjjj with CA 7 WA job number nnnn was not submitted to cross-platform node nodename. Either CAICCI has encountered an unrecoverable error, is not active, or the node is in stopped or offline state in CA Workload Automation SE. Message SSM0-90 follows this message, which further explains the error.
Action:
Verify that the CAICCI environment is not having problems in sending. Verify that the CAICCI environment is receiving data. If the second byte of the SSM0-90 EC= is 0C or 10, the CA Workload Automation SE node is stopped or offline with no alternate nodes defined. If the second byte of the SSM0-90 EC= is 04, the node is not available or the CAICCI environment has problems. If the second byte of the SSM0-90 EC= is 18, the internal CA Workload Automation SE tracker task (XTRK) is not active. Contact your installation specialist. If CAICCI appears not to have any problems and the node is online, report both this message and the subsequent SSM0-90 message to CA Support. For assistance, contact CA Support at ca.com/support.
