Reason:
The SASSSPRG module has detected an error on return from a macro. The Where-In-Program (WIP) value is specified by xx. The register 15 value (in hex) is specified by nnnnnnnn. For an explanation of the nnnnnnnn values, see message SCNJ-18.
If xx=4R and nnnnnnnn=1C, the JCL was saved in the Override library and has not been defined on the DB.1 (JOB) panel, and SASSSPRG is trying to scratch the member in the Override (254) library.
