Reason:

This message is sent to the CA Workload Automation SE Master Station to indicate that a new job has been added to the request queue. If the JCL is retrieved from the special JCL Override library of ID 254, it is indicated as such. The due-out date and time specifies when CPU processing must be complete. If the job was a no database job (NDB), CA Workload Automation SE database updating is bypassed. The DEPJOB requirement is noted if one was specified.
