Reason:
This message is issued when a CANCEL is attempted while ARF is controlling recovery for a job.
Action:
Wait until ARF recovery is complete for the job. The LARFQ command can be used to track the progress of ARF recovery for the job.
If the CANCEL must be issued prior to the completion of ARF recovery, use the ARFP command to terminate ARF recovery processing for the job. After the ARFP command processing is complete, the CANCEL may be issued.
