Reason:
An attempt was made to cancel a job that completed and is in CA Workload Automation SE completion processing or waiting for CA Workload Automation SE completion processing.
Action:
Wait a short time, and the job should finish completion processing (clearing the request queue). If the job must be canceled, use the top line CANCEL command with the FORCE=YES option.
