Reason:
The SUBMIT command parameter EXPRESS=YES is not valid if Workload Balancing is being used.
Action:
None. If you want, use the QM.3 (XUPD) panel to update the job's priority instead of using EXPRESS=YES. To satisfy all requirements for the job, enter the SUBMIT command for the job eliminating the EXPRESS=YES operand.
