Reason:
The module xxxxxxxx returned an error. The hhhh identifies the return code. The message in parentheses appears when the Index data set is out of space or the 255 entry limit is reached for a y...y entry.
Action:
If the second line of the message in parentheses appears, try backing up and reloading the database. Consider increasing the space for the Index data set. After reloading, try the entry that failed. If the same failure recurs, you have reached the limit of entries possible for the indicated entry y...y and cannot add any more.
If the message in parentheses did not appear, note the return code and y...y values. Possibly, more than 255 different job/data set/network/SCHID combinations trigger the job. In this case, no problem exists. The actual triggers are added, but the LJOB with LIST=TRIG only reports the first 255.
