Reason:
XPJOBs can be defined with or without an Optional PARMLIB and Member (on the DB.10 screen). If you try to use the JCL command to FETCH or FE (FETCH EDIT) an XPJOB that does not have an Optional PARMLIB or Member, you receive this message.
Note: For more information about XPJOB definition, see the Database Maintenance Guide.
Action:
Determine whether to update the XPJOB definition to include an Optional PARMLIB and Member.
