DEFAULT JOB DEFINITION NOT VALID FOR JOB TYPE
Reason:
Your have attempted to add a new job, and your site has defined a default job definition. The default job definition does not match the type job you are defining. To determine the exact cause of your problem:
- Check the DBASE file initialization statement to identify your site's default job definitions for regular jobs, XPJOBs, and AGJOBs.
- List each job using the DB.1 panel. You should see the following results:
- List the regular default job definition, and you should remain on the DB.1 screen. If you do not, this job definition does not match the proper keyword on the DBASE statement.
- List the XPJOB default job definition, and you should be redirected to the DB.10 screen. If you are not, this job definition does not match the proper keyword on the DBASE statement.
- List the AGJOB default job definition, and you should be redirected to the DB.11 screen. If you are not, this job definition does not match the proper keyword on the DBASE statement.
Action:
Have your site CA Workload Automation SE administrator delete any incorrect default job definitions and redefine them using the proper screen. You cannot add any jobs having an incorrect default job until this is done.
