Reason:
If xx=P1 and nnnn=0002, error can occur when saving a new member to the Dataset data set. Indicates an existing DSNBR was assigned to the new member resulting in two members with the same DSNBR. This can occur if the Dataset data set is reinitialized. The data set should not be reinitialized once it is in use, even when moving, compressing, or expanding it. If xx=05, the data set is out of space and it is necessary to compress the data set.
Action:
Contact your installation specialist. If it is determined that the Dataset data set was reinitialized and if a backup of the entire database (Job, Dataset and Index data sets) is available, do a restore.
