Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE has been started with the agent job feature disabled. The AGPSWD function is a subcomponent of the agent job feature.
Action:
Enable the agent job feature at the site by coding AGENTJOB=YES on the XPDEF initialization file statement. Contact your installation specialist for assistance.
