Node entry not found, use XNODE command to add permanent entry

Reason:

An attempt was made to add a node password record. A corresponding node record could not be found. A node record must exist before a node password record can be added.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

Use the XNODE command to add a node record to the database.
Use the XPSWD command to add a corresponding node password record.
