Table update lock failure; try request again

Reason:

When trying to perform a function that updates the node table, exclusive control could not be granted at the time of the command.

Action:

Try the command again. If the same message comes out again, wait a few minutes and then retry. The node table is locked when adds, deletes, or updates occur to ensure the integrity of the table.
