Reason:
An I/O error occurred when trying to add this new node definition to the CA Workload Automation SE database (the VRM file, specifically).
Action:
Ensure there is sufficient room on the VRM file, and that there are no errors for that file. An IDCAMS PRINT operation (key begins with N) could be attempted to ensure the file can be accessed through other means. If repeated errors occur, contact your installation specialist for assistance.
