Reason:
An IPL of the system within the CA Workload Automation SE complex was detected, and the AUTOREQ option is not in effect. Any jobs active on systems at the point of an IPL will be left in the active queue. Jobs left in the active queue following a system failure such as this must be manually requeued to the request queue (see the REQUEUE command). This message is displayed only once.
Action:
All jobs left stranded in the active queue following the system failure must be manually requeued to the request queue (see the REQUEUE command).
