Reason:
The job indicated by jjjjjjjj is an externally submitted job and was not added to the active queue because an error occurred while trying to add it.
Action:
Check the allocation of the active queue to make sure that adequate space is available. The DMPQ/MOVQ process may be used to change queue allocations.
