Reason:
The LARFQ command depends upon the internal ARF control block structure to complete normally. ARF is not active in this execution of CA Workload Automation SE.
Action:
Ensure the CA Workload Automation SE startup parameter input contains a 'RESTART,ARF=YES' or a 'RESTART, ARF=MAINT' control statement. If one was included, some error occurred during startup that caused ARF to be disabled. Search the console log for CA Workload Automation SE startup messages relating to ARF.
