Reason:
The value specified on the JCLLIB keyword is invalid. The value must conform to the syntax described for the INDEX keyword on the JCL statement in the product's initialization file. The parameter must either be 1-3 numeric characters specifying a value between 0 and 255 or it must begin with an ampersand and be followed by from 1-15 alphanumeric characters.
