Reason:
The JCL statement which CA Workload Automation SE uses to communicate restart parameters to CA WA Restart Option is not available.
Action:
If INSERT RMS=Y is specified in the database definition for the job, a problem exists with the CA Workload Automation SE system. Contact your installation specialist for assistance.
