Reason:
The product's initialization file option indicating CA WA Restart Option (RMS) availability is not present; therefore, CA Workload Automation SE cannot generate the RMS step JCL. If RMS JCL is already present in the job, it may be used by supplying parameters with the text editor.
Action:
If CA WA Restart Option is available, the product's initialization file should be changed. The RESTART statement is required.
