I/O ERROR DURING SEQUENTIAL READ OF xxxxx FOR HEADER RECORDS FOR THE FIRST RECORD, RC=nn, WIP=A3, MODULE=SFCQ

Reason:

Error occurred accessing queue xxxxx. Where:

• xxxxx is the queue name.
• nn is the return code.
• A3 is the point in module SFCQ where the I/O error occurred.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

• Retry the command before going to the next step.
• If xxxxx is REQQ, RDYQ, or ACTQ, try the LQ command to check the error condition.
• If xxxxx is PREQ, try the LPRE command.
• If xxxxx is POSTQ, try LPOST command.
• If no error is reported by the previous steps, retry the forecast command.
• If an error is detected, it may be necessary to perform a DMPQ/MOVQ operation or format the queues.
