I/O ERROR DURING SEQUENTIAL READ OF CA-7 INDEX DATASET LAST ENTRY READ WAS NW.xxxxxxxx, RC=nn, WIP=G2, MODULE=GFCN

Reason:

The error occurred while accessing the IDS. Where:

• xxxxxxxx is the network name.
• nn is the return code.
• G2 is the point in module GFCN where the I/O error occurred.

Action:

Perform the following actions:

• Run the Database Verification Utility.
• Correct any errors reported.
• Reissue the forecast command which failed.

If the problem persists, contact your installation specialist.
