Reason:

While processing a forecast command, CA Workload Automation SE found that the maximum level had been reached and has terminated the command.

Action:

Check the output of the command to see if a triggering loop may be defined in the database. By default the maximum number of levels is 99. To change this, use the LVL keyword on the command or the FCMAXLEV keyword on the OPTIONS statement in the initialization file.
