Reason:
This is an informational message indicating that Schedule Scan has been initiated and is scanning for jobs and preprocess work whose schedules fall within the designated period of the scan. All work found during the time period being scanned will be placed in the preprocess or request queues as appropriate. If Schedule Scan is forced using the SSCAN,SCAN=SCH command, the (FORCED) parameter is included in the message.
