Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE application or format block to be relinked is either part of the CA Workload Automation SE nucleus or is marked as permanently resident on the APPLCTN/FMTBLK statement in the product's initialization file.
Action:
If the module is part of the CA Workload Automation SE nucleus, CA Workload Automation SE must be relinked and CA Workload Automation SE must be shut down and reinitialized. If marked as permanently resident in the initialization file, CA Workload Automation SE must be restarted before the new version can be used.
