Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE application or format block (specified by yyyyyyyy) has been flagged as ready for relinking. The new version will be loaded when the use count (nnnn) is zero (that is, the old version of the module is not in use by any program currently executing). The new version will be loaded with the name specified by zzzzzzzz.
Note: If a user ID was specified on the /RELINK command, that value will be used as the first 2 characters of the BLDL name.
