Reason:
The job was not entered into the request queue because it was not found in the CA Workload Automation SE Job data set. Or the job may not have been added to the request queue because the HIJBNUM (highest job number) has been reached. This means that CA Workload Automation SE has no available job numbers to assign to this job. (See also message SATO-15.)
CODE=xxxxyyzz will indicate the reason for the error. The xxxx is the WIP (Where In Program) from SASSSCSR. The yy is the return code from a macro call. The zz is the return code from SASSSCSR, generally this is 08.
For yy=00, the request queue may have filled up. Use /DISPLAY,Q=ALL to check this. For yy=05, the Trailer queue may have filled up.
An error was returned attempting to issue a new CA Workload Automation SE job number. Check the HIJBNUM to see if it has been reached.
For yyzz=0108, check for database error messages (CA-7..Vnnn.
An error was returned attempting to add JCL to the TRLQ. This could indicate a lack of available space in the TRLQ.
Action:
If the job is to be run, use the Queue Maintenance DEMAND function to cause the job to be scheduled and submitted for database entries to be built. If the HIJBNUM has been reached, see SPO7-02 for the action.
