SECURITY UID MUST BE 255 FOR THIS COMMAND

Reason:

One of the database analyze commands was issued, but the current USERID does not have a UID level of 255 (allowing access to all jobs).

Action:

Log on to CA Workload Automation SE with a USERID that has a UID value of 255 and then reissue the command.
