Reason:
An error has occurred either in the attempt to TRIG process entries on the Index data set (IDS) or to perform a TRIG command.
Action:
If xx=D4, the IDS can be full, or it sometimes requires a backup and a reload.
If xx=C4 and nn=01, check to ensure that the IDS contains at least one entry for each of the following:
If one does not exist, add a dummy entry and reissue the command. For example, if you have no data set trigger (AUTO.) entries, add a dummy entry and then try the TRIG command.
