Reason:
Normal completion of ARTS command occurred. xxxx is the system abend code and nnnn is the user abend code. For normal completion, both xxxx and nnnn are zero.
Action:
If both xxxx and nnnn are zero, no action is required. See message RMS1-80. If nnnn is 0999, the interface to CA WA Restart Option is not initialized.
