Reason:
This message is issued when a request to cancel a job is received while ARF is controlling recovery for a job.
Action:
Wait until ARF recovery is complete for the job. The LARFQ command can be used to track the progress of ARF recovery for the job.
If the job must be canceled prior to the completion of ARF recovery, then the ARFP command can be used to terminate ARF recovery processing for the job. After the ARFP command processing is complete, the cancel request can be issued.
