Reason:
This message is issued when a request to cancel a job is received while ARF is controlling recovery for a job.
Action:
Wait until ARF recovery is complete for the job. Use the LARFQ command to track the progress of ARF recovery for the job. If the job must be canceled prior to the completion of ARF recovery, use the ARFP command to terminate ARF recovery processing for the job. After the ARFP command processing is complete, you can issue the cancel request.
