Reason:
A CA WA Restart Option Restart was specified for a job that does not have a CMT member which CA Workload Automation SE can access.
Action:
The 'RESUBMIT FOR PRODUCTION' or 'SET PARM DATA FOR RMS' may be used to resubmit the job to the operating system. If the job is submitted to a remote site and tracked using CA Workload Automation SE NCF, the 'SET PARM DATA FOR RMS' field should be used to pass the correct CA WA Restart Option PARM in the JCL.
