Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE was previously started with the agent job feature. CA Workload Automation SE has been restarted with the agent job feature disabled. The XPDEF file initialization statement enables the agent environment.

Action:
Restart CA Workload Automation SE with the agent job feature enabled. Contact your installation specialist for assistance.
