Reason:
Cancel was requested for a job in the ready or active queue, but the CA WA Restart Option interface is installed. Since the interface could cause the CA WA Restart Option database entry for this job to be reset, the job should be requeued before it is canceled.
Action:
If the job is active or submitted to a CPU, use OS or JES cancel commands to purge the job from the host system. This prevents duplicate runs. If the job is in the Ready queue with JCLERR status or the host CPU is (or has been) down, REQUEUE the job before canceling. If you must cancel without requeuing, use the top line CANCEL command with FORCE=YES.
